Grantee on the follow~ng described real estate si~ate in the County of Linco~ and State
of Wyoming, for the following pu~oses ~d under the following conditions:
Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground or overhead telecommunication
facilities. The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose
a threat of damage to the utilities.
Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following
described property:
A 10 X 10 FOOT EASEMENT STARTING AT THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF
LOT 5 IN ROCKY POINT BUSINESS PARK, THENCE RUNNING SOUTH EAST
ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE 398 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
THENCE NORTH EAST 10 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH
EAST 10 FEET; THENCE SOUTH WEST 10 FEET; THENCE NORTH WEST 10
FEET ALONG THE STATE RIGHT OF WAY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALL BEING PART OF N1/2N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 11 T34 N, R119 W. (SEE
"EXHIBIT A")
Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
