A. C. Stadtmueller, General PaRner of the Matilda Laker and A.
& Company, a PaRnership, grantor, of 303 Etna West Road, Etna, WY 83118, for and
in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations,
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to
A. C. Stadtmueller and Annie Geneal Stadtmueller, Trustees of the August Charles
Stadtmueller Trust dated June 4, 1999, grantees, of 303 Etna West Road, Etna, WY
83118, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by vidue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit;
SE1/4NWI/4 of Section 10, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, also all
improvements and water rights thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights
of way of sight or record.
