THIS INDENTURE, made the
[ (~.----~-day of January, 2003 by and between the
WINDFLOWER II, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Colorado, the GRANTOR and
ANDERSON AND YEARICK,
a General Partnership,
whose address is 6094 South Akron Way, Englewood, CO 80111
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT only as against all claiming
by, through or under it unto the said Grantee all that certaiff tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 5 of the River View Ranchettes, First Filing, Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.

me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the Managing Member
