WHEREAS, the Third Judicial District Court of Lincoln Coun~t,y;
heretofore and on the 6th day of January, 2003, duly entered an
'direCting Donn Greenwald, in his capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of
Helen R. Greenwald, Deceased, to execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate, as
hereinafter described, upon the performance of certain conditions by Grantees; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said Order of Court
have now been fully complied with by Grantees;
NOW, THEREFORE, Dorm Greenwald, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
Helen R. Greenwald, Deceased, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof
being hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto
Shane D. Kendrick and Jessie R. Kendrick, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
Grantees, of PO Box 5018, Etna, WY 83118, all of said estate's right, title and interest in
and to the following described real estate to-wit:
Lot 39 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on
the official plat thereof.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements
and rights of way of sight or record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this Deed this 8th day of
January, 2003.
