A part of Lot 4, Section 3, T36N, R119W and of the SEI/4SEI/4 of Section 31, T37N, R118W,
of the 6t~ P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Danny J. Dahlstrom property, said point is located 469
feet west along the section line and 301.07 feet, N56°00'W from the southeast corner of said
Section 31;
thence S54 ~6' 16"W, 313'.86 feet along the Dahlstrom property;
thence N 16 *31'39"W, 112.20 feet;
thence '865 °23'31 "W, 95.81 feet;
thence N10°08"W, 99.22 feet along the fence to a point being the point the Grantors, 25 foot
access from U.S. 89;
thence. N74°4Y'E, 290 feet;
thence 856°00'E, 139 feet along the Wyoming Game and Fish boundary to the point of beginning.
Together with the right of access as provided for in instruments recorded March 4, 1983 in Book
198 P.R. on page 487 and recorded May 22, 1990 in Book 186 P.R. on Page 1 of the records of
Lincoln County Clerk.
Grantors reserve an undivided I/2 interest in the well, ',ptunp, pressure tank
together with such pipelines to supply the Grantors remaining property. St~ch
reservation shall extend to access inspection, operation, maintenance and
repairs as n~y be desired.
