Fluckiger and Karen S. Fluckiger, Trustees of the Elno L. Fluckiger and Karen S. Fluckiger Joint Revocable Trust under agreement dated December 28, 2002, Grantee, whose address is 2764 Strawberry Creek Road, Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83112, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit: See Attached Exhibit A and the said Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record.
