TITENSOR, husband and wife, as joint tenants, of 1172 Muddy String Road #117, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantors, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLAZS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to THOMAS J. BREEN and ROBERTA S. BREEN, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, of P.O. And together with the following utility easement, for the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and operation of utilities: See Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. And together with the following irrigation line easement, for the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and operation of an irrigation line: See Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of record. Reserving therefrom the following right-of-way easement for ingress and egress, appurtenant to and benefiting land owned by Grantors: See Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws'of the State of Wyoming.
