That I an a joint Trustees of the Dexter R. and DeeAnn Gardner Family Trust dated June 5, I998. 2. That on June 23, 1998 in Book 413PR on page 415 of records of Lincoln County Clerk was recorded a Quitclaim Deed from Dexter R. Gardner and DeeAnn Gardner to Dexter and DeeAnn Gardner Family Trust dated June 5, 1998 conveying the following described ]and: Parcel 1 Beginning at a point 825 feet South of the Northwest Corner of Section 31, T32N RI 18W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln Count)/, Wyoming and running thence N 90°W, 77.5 feet; thence S 00030' E, 78.50 feet, thence S 90° £, 324.3 feet, thence N 00° E, 78.5 feet, tl~ence N 90° W, 247.5 feet to the point of beginning. P~rcel 2 Beginning at a point 903.50 feet South of the Northwest corner of Section 31, T32N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence N 90° W, 76.8 feet, thence S 00030, £, 17.5 feet, thence S 90° £, 323.9 feet, more or less, thence N O0° E, I7.5 feet, thence N 90o W, 247.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. 3. The Quitclaim Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly defined as required by W_S. 34-2-I22 (1977) in that the trustees of the Trust were not shown. The Trustees are Dexter R.
