and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
BRETT A. DALTON AND MELISSA S. DALTON,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties
grantees, whose address is i252 Cleo Chapman Hwy, Sunset, SC 29685
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 1 of 3 Bar N Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
official plat filed November 18, 2002 as Instrument No. 885684 of the Official
Records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive road and utilities right-of-way easement, as shown
on the official plat.
RESERVING an easement 10 feet in width for LVE Power Line and an easement along
the northerly lot line for a roadway as shown on the official plat.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Warranty Deed
recorded December 13, 2002 in Book 507PR on page 165 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
