KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Don W. Wood, Grantor, for
and in consideration of Ten (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM to: DON W.
WOOD AND LEONA IRENE WOOD FAMILY TRUST, Dated January 12, 1982, Don
W. Wood, Trustee, Grantee(s), of Afton, Wyoming, the following described real estate,
situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point 495 feet South of the Northwest Comer of
Section 31, T32 N, R118 W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence
N 90° W, 80.4 feet; thence S00° 30' E, 28.75 feet; thence South 90° E,
162.6 feet; thence South 00°0' E, 47.75 feet; thence North 90° W, 162.1
feet; thence South 00030, E, 6.00 feet; thence South 90° E, 327.1 feet;
thence North 00°0' E, 82.5 feet; thence North 90° W, 247.5 feet, to the
place of beginning, together with improvements and water rights.
