other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Kenneth J. D'Souza and Mary E. D'Souza
as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
grantees, whose mailing address is 29 Yorktown, Irvine, CA 92620,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County
and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and~by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
to-wit:
Star Valley Ranch Plat Twelve (12) Lot Eighty-Three
(83) as platted and recorded in the official records
of iLincoln County, Wyoming
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or
in use.
