The Town pf Thayne, a body of corporate and politic, in Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantor, for and
in consideration of ten ($10.00) dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, and on the condition of Grantee
conveying to the Town of Thayne an access, pipeline, and spring easement(s) for the continued
operation and maintenance of the Fiat Creek Springs water supply system, Grantor conveys and
Quit Claims to Earl W. Kinslow of Thayne, Lincoln' County, Wyoming, Grantee, all interest in the
following described real properties located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, said property being as
described in the Right of Way Deed recorded in Book 52PR, Page 491in the office of the Lincoln
County Recorder to wit:
Beginning on the centerline of the ToWn of Thayne Star Valley Swiss Cheese Co. pipeline,
at or near the S1/4 corner of Section 24, T34N, R119W, and running thence along the
centerline of the pipe N 74° 35' E, 1,000 feet and one rod each side of the above-described
centerline; thence N 64° 30' E, 500 feet and 50 feet each side of the above-described
centerline of the area occupied by the collection works of the Town of Thayne-Star Valley
Swiss Cheese Company Water Works System.
AND
Beginning at the E 1/4 Corner of Sec. 24, T. 34 N., R. 119 W. 6th P.M., Wyoming,
and running thence S 0° E, 930 feet; Thence southeasterly through farmyard of
Glenn Miller (Earl Kinslow) to a point 1,320 feet South and 795 feet East of said
Quarter Corner, thence S 43° E, 465 feet; thence S 0° E. 730 feet, thence S 90°
W, 1,520 feet; thence N 73° W, 675 feet to the project area and one-half rod each
side thereof, being an established private road on the property of Glenn Miller (Earl
W. Kinslow.).
EXCLUDING THEREFROM

Those property's conveyed to the Town of Thayne, Wyoming as described in that Easement
Document executed May 8, 2000 between the Earl W. Kinslow and the Town of Thayne,
Wyoming, as recorded in Book 446 Page 246 in the office of the Lincoln County Recorder.
