DANA, Trustees of the BRUCE AND BRENDA DANA FAMILY TRUST dated February 9, 1999 of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by Bruce L. Dana and Brenda Dana whose address is 173 Willow Creek Canyon, Bedford, WY 83112 The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto the said BRUCE L. DANA AND BRENDA DANA, Husband and Wife, heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have or ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit: A portion of the NW¼NW¼ of Section 14, T33N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: The true point of beginning being an iron pipe set at a point in the South line of said NW¼NW¼, said point being 898.259 feet, along said South line, N 89°46'15'' E, from the BLM type Monument set marking the Southwest corner of said NW ¼ NW ¼; thence North 193.140 feet to an iron pipe set; thence East 226.754 feet to an iron pipe set; thence S 0o24'40'' W, 192.244 feet to an iron pipe found in the South line of said NVq¼ NVq¼; thence S 89 °46' 15" W, along said South line 225.376 feet to the true point of beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT any land lying outside the land contained in Quitclaim Deed recorded August 19, 1988 in Book 264PR on page 485 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Bruce L. Dana and Brenda Dana heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
