($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Wayne Hesson and Karen Hesson,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of PO Box 888, Alton, WY
83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lots 22 and 23 as shown on the map entitled Westhills Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as described on the survey of said subdivision on file as
Instrument No. 749847 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
