SERVICE, Husband and Wife, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO RICK STEPHENSON, a Single Person, grantees, whose address is the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A parcel of land being part of the vacated alley east of Lots 8, 9 and 10 of Block 23 of the 1942 Plat of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming; and, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast comer of Lot 8 of Block 23 of the 1942 Plat of the Town of Diamondville; thence N 78050' E, along the extension of the north boundary of said Lot 8, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence S 11°10' E, a distance of 90.00 feet; thence S 78050' W, a distance of 10.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 10; thence N 11°10' W, a distance of 90.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO Lots 8, 9 and 10 of Block 23 of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded January 24, 2003 in Book 510PR on page 459 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. WITNESS our hands this _.~',/ day of January, 2003.
