Nelson and Kristina M. Nelson, Husband & Wife, dated December 1, 1998 and recorded on December 2, 1998 with the Lincoln County Clerk at Book 422PR, Page 380, and which mortgage pledged certain real estate described below, and after public notice of sale was given as required by law, the Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming by and through his duly appointed Deputy Sheriff, did sell at public auction to Associates Housing Finance, LLC, P.O. Box 1431 Centerpoint Blvd., Knoxville, TN 37932 Grantee, the highest bidder, on September 4, 2002, for the sum 'of $115,140.00; the Deputy Sheriff did thereafter execute and deliver to Associates Housing Finance, LLC, a Certificate of Sale dated September 4, 2002, now in the possession of Associates Housing Finance, LLC. WFI-EREAS, more than four months have expired since the date of the sale and no redemption has been made on the real property by any person as required by law. NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS DEED, the duly elected and qualified SheriffofLincoln County, Wyoming by and through his duly appointed Deputy Sheriff, as Grantor, in consideration of the premises, have granted and sold and do hereby QUITCLAIM and CONVEY to Associates Housing Finance, LLC,, Grantee, the following described tract of land, to wit: SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 22, Township 21 North, Range l17W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, also known as 1795 County Road 342, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101; subject to any and all liens, encumbrances and easements of record. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the above described premises and real property, with all appurtenances to the real estate, unto the Grantee, and its heirs, assigns and successors in interest, forever.
