KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Thomas Loran Van Noy, as the
Personal Representative of the Estate of Christine E. Van Noy, aka Christine Roberts, of
Redmond, Washington, grantor, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and
quitclaim unto Le Roie Woolley, Jr., and Julia Lillian Woolley, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: PO Box
263, Thayne, WY 83127), grantees, all right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of the NE¼ of Section 23, T34N, R119W, within the Incorporated
Limits of the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to
more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 40 of Photostatic Records on page 448, more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Le Roie Woolley, Jr.,
and Julia Lillian Woolley - Woolley Tract".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of
January, 2002.

That part of the NE'A of Section 23, T34N, R119W, within the Incorporated Limits of the
Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly describe
that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 40 of Photostatic
Records on page 448, as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest spike of said tract of record, S00°-0Y-18"W, 359.00 feet
from the northwest comer of said NE¼;
thence N89°-38'-54"E, 289.74 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to an angle point on
a west line of that tract of record in
said Office in Book 281 of Photostatic Records on page 358;
thence S00°-02'-06"E, 104.02 feet, along said west line, to a point;
thence N89°-33'-24"W, 289.90 feet to a spike on the west line of said NE¼;
thence N00°-03'-I 8"E, 100.00 feet, along said west line, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.68 acre, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the NE¼ of Section 23, T34N,
R 119W, being N00°-03 '- 18"E;
SUBJECT to an easement for U.S. Highway 89;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" X 12" steel spike and referenced by a 5/8" X 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON
WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" X 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368" or "SURVEYOR
SCHERBEL LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT FOR CHARLES H. DANA
REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED 8 AUGUST 1990 FRANK B. BORDEN AND KITTIE L.
