Orin G. Geesey, an unmarried person; and David M. Nelson and Connie Nelson, husband and wife;
and Pomeroy Ranches, a partnership whic~consisted of David M. Nelson and Orin G. Geesey,
GRANTORS, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, ~r and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Convey
and Warrant to the Present Owners and proprietors of the following described propeay, their
successors and assigns, GRANTEES, all easements shown on the maps filed Februaw 27, 1981 as
Instrument No. 553650 and filed August 16, 1985 as Instrument No, 641104 of the official records
of the Lincoln County Clerk, a .perpetual non-exclusive roadway access and utility easement, thirty
and sixty feet in width to be used for ingress, egress and utility purposes over, under and across the
following described properW, namely:
T22N Ri16W of the 6th P.M,, Lin=oln County, Wyoming
Section 2: W½'NE¼, N½NW¼, N½SW¼, Lots 2, 3 and 4 (or S½SW¼);
Section 3: Lots 3, 25, 26, 29, 30 and 31 (or SE¼);
Section 10: Lot 5 and 6 (or N½NE¼);
Section 11: Lots 1, 2, 8, and 9 (or NW¼), Lots 3 and 16 (or N½SW¼);
T23N R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
Section 27: E½, E½W½ and W½NW¼;
Section 28: E½;
Section 33: NE¼ and N½SE¼;
Section 34: NE¼, Lots 3 and 4 (or E½SE¼);
Section 35: Lot 3 (or SE¼NW¼), SW¼NW¼, W½SW¼, Lots 6 and 7 (or E½SW¼).
Together with the right to construct, maintain, improve and repair the said roadways. Hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state.
