Hyde and Elaine Hyde, trustees of the Clealon D. and Elaine Hyde Family Revocable Trust, Dated 18 September 1997 of the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as "grantor", for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and Valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as "grantee", the right to lay out, construct, inspect, operate and maintain a road for the use of the public over and across the following described lands situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to-wit: See attached exhibit titled: CO DESCRIPTION FOR LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING FROM rJ'l CLEALON D.
