Rate of Interest Per Year shown on the note, said note is payable in monthly installments, and according to the terms
thereof, payment may be made in advance in any amount at any time, and default in making any monthly payment shall,
at the option of the holder of said note, and without notice or demand, render the entire unpaid balance thereof at once due
and payable, including any unpaid Interest and Points; Mortgagors hererby mortgage and warrant to Mortgagee the
following described real estate:

Mortgagors hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
Mortgagors agree to pay all taxes and assessments on said premises when due and keep buildings thereon insured for
maximum insurable value or such lesser sum authorized by Mortgagee in writing, during the life of this mortgage, with
Mortgagee as loss payee as its interest appears. If Mortgagors fail to pay such taxes and assessments and to keep the
premises insured, as aforesaid, the Mortgagees may insure said buildings and pay said taxes and assessments, and all sums
so paid shall be added to and considered as a part of the above indebtedness hereby secured, and shall draw interest at the
same rate.
Mortgagors also agree not'tO sell or transfer said premises, or any part thereof, without Mortgagee's prior written consent
and any such sale or transfer without Mortgagee's prior written consent shall constitute a default under the terms hereof.
If default is made in payment of all or part of sums hereby secured, or in any of the covenants or agreements hereof, then
at the Mortgagee's option, the whole indebtedness hereby secured shall become due and payable, and the Mortgagee may
proceed, pursuant to law by action or advertisement, to foreclose on and sell said property, and out of the proceeds of such
sale, pay all sums due hereunder, together with all costs of sale and foreclosure, including reasonable attorney's fees.

YOUR PROMISE TO PAY AND THE TERMS OF REPAYMENT. To repay your loan, you promise to pay the Amount
Financed shown above together with Interest at the Rate of Interest Per Year until fully paid plus any Points (Prepaid Finance
Charge) shown above. You agree to pay any charges shown above in the Itemization of Amount Financed box. You'll pay these
amounts to us at our office in instalments each month according to the terms of repayment shown above. Each payment will be
applied first to the Interest due on the date of payment and then to the Unpaid Balance. The final instalment is equal to the
remaining Unpaid Balance plus any unpaid Interest. You can prepay your loan any time. The Unpaid Balance of your loan is equal
to the Amount Financed plus any Points shown above. Any Points are withheld from the proceeds of your loan, and are earned on
the date of your loan and must be paid in fuji to satisfy this Note and Security Agreement. Interest is computed on the Unpaid
Balance.
RATE OF CHARGE. The Rate of Interest Per Year is shown above and the monthly rate is one-twelfth of this yearly rate. Each
month is considered to have 30 days and when Interest is figured for less than a month, the rate per day is one-thirtieth of the
monthly rate.
LATE CHARGE. If you're more than 10 days late in paying any part of an instalment, you promise to pay a late charge equal to
5% of that part of the instalment which is late or $1 O.OO, whichever is greater.
YOU GRANT US A SECURITY INTEREST. You give us a security interest in your property described below. This property is
called collateral. The purpose of this security interest is to protect us if you don't repay your loan described above or if you break
any promise made in this Note and Security Agreement.
