releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtae of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:

TOGETHER WITH a road easement 60 feet in width along the east boundary of the Grantors
remaining land, with the legal description to be provided by a licensed surveyor.
RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR a non-exclusive right-of-way for ingress and egress and
public utilities over a 40 foot wide easement, the northerly line being described as follows:
Beginning at a cotton gin spike marking a point in the centerline of sair' 40 foot right-of '"ay,
said point of beginning being 500.00 feet S 0°37'43" W, along ~-..~ West line m the
NWi\4NE1/4of Section 16, T32N R119W, IJncoln County, Wyoming to an aluminum cap on
an iron pipe marking the southwest corner of the Galloway property as referred to in the Deed
recorded in Book 481PR on page 630 and 449.30 feet S 89°35'55'' E, along the south line of
last said Galloway property, from the B.L.M. type monument marking the Charles V. King
PE/LS 590 location for the Northwest c~;,ner of said NW1/4NE1/4;
thence Southeasterly, along said center line the following: S 52°41'19'' E, 17.22 feet to an iron pipe and
S 43041'05'' E, 322.66 feet to an iron pipe marking the end of the 60 foot
right-of-way, as referred to in last said Galloway Deed;
thence Easterly, along said center line the following: N 55046'26'' E, 166.90
feet to an Iron Pipe and S 89022'10'' E, 498.11 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike
marking a point in the East line of said NW1/4NE1/4.
RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR those easements for ingress and egress and public utilities
described in Warranty Deed rec ~rded April 15, .1994 in Book 348PR on page 278 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
