Call, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, CONVEY and WARRANT to Alota Sand & Gravel, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: PO Box 3802, Alpine, WY 83128), grantee, their undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to the following described real estate, situate' in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Part of Section 30, T37N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: 5? Beginning at a point S89°55'W, 3,019 feet, more or less from the SE Corner of said Section 30 (said beginning point being the point where the West right- of-way boundary of old U.S. 89 Highway intersects the South boundary line of said Section 30); and running thence S89°55'W along the South boundary line of said Section, 903 feet, more or less, to the SW corner of the E1/2SW1/4 of said Section; thence N21°0'E, 762.2 feet; thence N10°22'E, 483.4 feet; thence N5°11'W, 698 feet; thence N90°0'E, 99.1 feet to the West boundary line of said old U.S. Highway; thence in a Southeasterly direction along the West right-of-way boundary of said old U.S. 89 Highway, 1960 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. TOGETHER WITH improvements and all minerals, mining rights and any and all other right, title and interest of Sellers in the above described land including without limitation grave! and gravel deposits, gravel mines and gravel mining ground.
