Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (fica Countrywide Funding Corporation) a corporation existing under the laWs
of the State of NEW YORK, the owner'and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
CHRISTOPHER MORASCO, TERESA MUSETTI
to Countrywide Home Loans bearing date 11/10/1998, recorded 11/16/1998 in Official Records Book 421,
Page 321, Document No. 854774 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming,
securing a certain note in the principal sum of $114,600.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full
payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby
directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
