RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage,
bearing date the 3rd day of May, A.D. 2002, made and executed by Calvin R. Birney and Sherry L. Bimey,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, As mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, As
Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $19,700.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 10th day of May, A.D. 2002, in Book 489 of
Mortgagee, at page 265-270, and mortgagh~g the tbllowing described real estate in said County, to Wit:

Is, with a note secured thereby, and a aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged
