RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage beating the date of October 24,
2002, made and executed by The Albert Anthony Nardacci Living Family Trust, dated July 16,
1997, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on
certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $151,473.00 which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, on the sta day of November, 2002, in Book #503 PR of Mortgages, at Page 642 as
document number #885324 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County,
to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ~7 ~ day of

of Directors, and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
