Comes now, Arline M. Talley, whose address is 31 Piquett, Darby, Montana 59829,
being duly sworn on oath according to law do hereby make the following statement of facts
and affirm:
That I am Trustee of the Arline M. Talley Living Trust, general partner of F.A.T.
Investments Limited Partnership, a Wyoming limited partnership, the owner and proprietor of
real property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 343PR, on Page 262, with the
Office of the Clerk in Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 6 and the
NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 7, T33N, RI 18W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the name of a subdivision to be created with the above-described land shall be
Talley Hills, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker
(PE/LS 698) 1999 location for the Northwest Corner of said SE1/4SE1/4;
thence S89°10'20"E, along the North line of said SE1/4SE1/4, 1,310.70 feet to
the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker (PE/LS 698) 1997
location for the Northeast Corner of said SE1/4SE1/4; thence S0°55'55"W,
along the East line of said SE1/4SE1/4 1,312.02 feet to the B.L.M. type
Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker (PE/LS 698) 1997 location for the
Northeast Corner of said NE1/4NE1/4; thence S0°28' 10"W, along the East line
of said NE1/4NE1/4 517.73 feet to the Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set;
thence S90°W 102.73 feet to the Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set; thence
Nl°00'58"E 202.47 feet to the Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set; thence
N19°40'25"W 357.20 feet to the Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set; thence
N4°28'51 "W 79.81 feet to the Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set; thence
S89°11' 15"W 1,078.71 feet to the Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe set marking a
point in the West line of said SE1/4SE1/4; thence N0°53'26"E, along said West
line, 1,241.45 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 39.002 Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 40 foot wide non-exclusive easement
referred to in Grant of Easement recorded in Book.C/tO, on Page ~O / with the
office of the Lincoln County, Wyoming Recorder.
TOGETHER WITH: Any and all interest in that certain right-of-way easement,
as referred to in the Common Easement Agreement recorded in Book 150PR, on
Page 694, with said officel

TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO: All easements, exceptions,
restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way and improvements of sight and or
record.
That the subdivision of this property is with my free consent and desires.
That the Road and Utility Right-of-Way Easements, as shown on the Talley Hills
Subdivision Map, as prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates LLC, is and shall be granted
to the owners, successors and assigns of each lot created.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Wyoming are hereby released.
That this Affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same affect as if the original
Mylar had been signed.
