the following described real estate, ~imate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Beginning at comer number one of HES 168, identical to the Southeast corner of Section
16, T34N RI18W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming and mm~g thence Northerly, along the
East line of said HES 168, Section 16 (dso being along the National Forest Boundary)
130 feet; thence West on a line parallel to the South boundary line of said HES 168,
identical with the south line of said Section 16, 385 feet; thence Southerly on a line
parallel to the East boundary of said Section, 130 feet, to the said South line; thence
E~t, along the. said South line, 385 feet to the place of beginning.
NOTE: This serves to correct the grantors and legal description of that certain Warranty Deed
recorded June 13, 1994 in Book 352PR on page 318 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
