releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

Commencing at corner number one of HES 168, identical to the Southeast comer of
Section 16, T34N RllSW of the 6th P.M., Wyoming and rumfing thence Northerly,
along the East boundary of said HES 168, Section 16 (also being along the National
Forest Boundary), 130 feet to the place of beginning; thence Northerly, along the east
boundary of said HES 168, 100 feet; thence West on a line parallel to the South
boundary line of said HES 168, 385 feet; thence Southerly on a line parallel to the East
boundary Of said lIES 168, 100 feet; thence East on a line parallel to the South boundary
of said HES 168,385 feet to the place of beginning.
NOTE: This serves to correct the grantors, acknowledgement and legal description of that certain
Warranty Deed recorded June 13, 1994 in Book 352PR on page 312 of the records of thc Lincoln
County Clerk.
