T.A. LILLY, also known as THOMAS ALEXANDER LILLY and SHANNON R. LILLY,
also known as SHANNON REBECCA LILLY, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in
consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, hereby convey and warrant
the following described real estate to T.A. LILLY and SHANNON R. LILLY, Trustees, or
their successors in trust, under the THOMAS A. LILLY AND SHANNON R. LILLY
LIVING TRUST, dated February 12, 2003, and any amendments thereto, whose address is
P.O. Box 9215, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 81 of Bridger Forest Ranches as Amended 5th Filing, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on Official Plat filed October 3, 2002 as Instrument No.
884519 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, rights and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
