KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that REED S. CLARK and
PATRICIA H. CLARK, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, Grantors, of 862 Highway

valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND

County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights-of-way of record
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming
