IT IS HEREBY MADE OF PUBLIC RECORD that a REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT,
WHITNEY,
referred to as
dated the 29th day of August, 2002, by and between DICKSON L.
a single man, of 6919 SE Harbour Circle, Stuart, Florida 34996, hereinafter
"Seller", and REED S. CLARK and PATRICIA H. CLARK, husband and wife,
of 862 Highway 236, Alton, Wyoming 83110, hereinat~er referred to as "Purchasers", exists for
the purchase of the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights-of-way of record.
