IT IS HEREBY MADE OF PUBLIC RECORD that a REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT, dated the 12th day of November, 2002, as amended by AMENDMENT TO
REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated the 24th day of January, 2003, by and
between DICKSON L. WHITNEY, a single man, of 6919 SE Harbour Circle, Stuart, Florida
34996, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and REED S. CLARK and PATRICIA H. CLARK,
husband and wife, of 862 Highway 236, Afton, Wyoming 83110, hereinafter referred to as
"Purchasers", exists for the purchase of the following described real property situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject, however,, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights-of-way of record.
Excluding there from the property described in the Warranty Deed recorded in the
land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 509 PR at Page 489 as Instrument
No. 886883 on January 13, 2003, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by
reference.
