WHITNEY, a single man, of 6919 SE Harbour Circle, Stuart, Florida 34996, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and REED S. CLARK and PATRICIA H. CLARK, husband and wife, of 862 Highway 236, Afton, Wyoming 83110, hereinafter referred to as "Purchasers", exists for the purchase of the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon. Subject, however,, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of record.
