valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to MARK E. BROWN and SUZETTE R. BROWN, husband and wife, tenants
by the entireties, P.O. Box 216, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantees, and their heirs and assigns
forever, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
to-wit:

A parcel of land located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 23, T34N, R119W, 6th
P.M., Wyoming:
Begimfing at a point which is 42 feet East from the Southwest Corner of the
NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 23, T34N, Rll9W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and thence running
South 106 feet, thence East 105 feet, thence North 106 feet, thence West 105 feet to the
point of beginning.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights-of-way of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laWs of the State of Wyoming.

TRUSTEES of the ROBERT AND ANNETTE FURMAN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST,
dated December 26, 1998, and who acknowledged to me that the foregoing Warranty Deed was
signed by them on behalf of said trust by authority granted in the document that created said
trust, and that by their signature, said trust executed the same.
