KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Dolores Joan Kominsky,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and
quitclaimed and by these presents does for her heirs, executors and
administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Dolores J. Kominsky,
Trustee of the David K. Kominsky and Dolores J. Kominsky Revocable Trust,
dated December 10, 1998, whose address is 616 Sapphire Street, Kemmerer,
WY 83101, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand,
as she may have or ought to havel in and to the following described premises to-
wit:
The westerly one-half of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) of Block No. Fifty-Eight (58) of
the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, being a parcel of land one hundred (100) feet in length and seventy
(70) feet on Onyx Street, described as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly
corner of Lot 6 in said Block, and running southerly along the westerly boundary
of said Lots 5 and 6 parallel to Sage Avenue, a distance of one hundred (100)
feet and to the southwesterly corner of said Lot 5, thence at right angles easterly
along and on the southerly boundary of said Lot 5 a distance of seventy (70) feet,
thence at right angles and northerly and parallel to Sage Avenue a distance of
one hundred (100) feet to the northerly boundary line of said Lot 6, thence at
right angles westerly along the northerly boundary line of said Lot 6 and parallel
to Onyx Street a distance of seventy (70) feet to the place of beginning
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
