QUITCLAIM DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE'PRESENTS, BRIAN H. SUTER and SHERRY KAY
SUTER, husband and wife, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released
and forever quitclaimed unto the said BRIAN H. AND SHERRY KAY SUTER FAMILY
TRUST, dated September 16, 2002, Brian H. Suter and Sherry Kay Suter Trustees,
their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
property, to-wit:
A portion of the E½SW¼ of Section 14, T34N, R119W, 6th P.M.,
Wyoming, located in the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in an existing East-West fence line, said beginning
point being S 0o14'44" E, 606.42 feet, thence S 0o31'31" W, 513.72 feet
(measured along an exiting North-South fence line that is on or near the
East boundary line of said E½SW¼), thence S 89o43'05" W, 320.93 feet
(measured along an existing East-West fence line), from the center ¼
corner of said Section 14, and running thence N 89028'25" W, 623.94 feet
to the Southeast corner of a 4.326 acre tract of land, thence N 89o34'17"
W, 81.83 feet, thence S 80o40'10" W, 155.44 feet, along the South
boundary line of said 4.326 acre tract, to a point in the centerline of an
existing driveway and on the East boundary line of Highway U.S. 89 (said
point also being on a curve having a radius of 1859.86 feet, and a radial
line of said point bearing N 72o27'14" E), and running thence Southerly,
along said curve and East highway boundary line, through a central angle
of 18o53'12", an arc distance of 613.074 feet to a highway marker at STA
SC 1454+56.3 (the radial line of said curve, at said highway marker at
STA SC 1454+56.3, bearing N 53o34'02" E), thence running N 80o51'40"
E, 585.05 feet, more or less, along the North boundary line of a 2.451
acre tract, to the NE corner of said 2.451 acre tract, thence N 0o33'33" E,
469.82 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning;
Subject to all reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent
and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
