J.H. Merritt and Kendra M. Merritt, aka Kendra Merritt, husband arid'wife,, of Uncoln
County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars in hand paid, receipt whereOf:is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto Claudette Scott and James W. Scott, Trustees
of the Claudette Scott Family Trust dated July 28, 1988; LeGrande H. Merritt and Carla S.
Merritt; J.H. Merritt and Kendra M. Merritt; Mark P. Hodges and JoAnn M. Hodges; and
Alonzo H. Merritt, Grantees, a right of way easement (in perpetuity) for the Grantees and
their heirs, successors and assigns, to be shared with the Grantors, and their successors and
assigns, for ingress and egress to the Grantees' propertylz,vvjth t, he_~ght to construct and
maintain a roadway and to install and maintain buried utility I~n'~e (e e~c'VfiTic'~Ve~', ~e~~
and water lines) over, across and along the following described tract of land:
The south thirty (30) feet of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 352PR on page 313 and in BookS12?R on page 608 ; said thirty
(30) feet measured perpendicular to the south line of said tract.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description and grantees of that certain
easement recorded July 14, 1994 in Book 354PR on page 215 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
