Claudette Scott Family Trust dated July 28, 1988, Claudette Scott
Trustees; and Claudette M. Scott, Trustee of the Claudette M. and James W. Scott Charitable
Remainder Unitrust dated November 7, 2000, Grantors, of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County,
and State of Utah, for and in consideration of Ten dollars in hand paid, receipt, whereo¢ is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto James W. Scott and Claudette M. Scott;
LeOrande H. Merritt and Carla 5. Merritt; ].H. Merritt and Kendra M. Merritt; J.H. Merritt and
Kendra M. ~erritt, Trustees of the Lone Cedar Trust dated November 16, 1994; Mark P.
Hodges and JoAnn M. Hodges; and Alonzo H. Merritt, Grantees, a right of way easement
(in perpetuity) for the Grantees and their heirs, successors and assigns, to be shared with the
Grantors, and their successors and assigns, for ingress and egress to the Grantees property,
and the National Forest land, with the right to construct and maintain a roadway and to
install and maintain buried utility lines (electric power, telephone and water lines) over,
under, across and along the following described tract of land:
The south thirty (30) feet of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 352PR on page 318; in Book 499PR on page 881 and in Book 5127r
on page 606 ; said thirty (30) feet measured perpendicular to the south line of
said tract.
NOTE: This serves to correct the names of the grantors, grantees and the legal
description of that certain easement recorded July 14, 1994 in Book 354PR on page
217 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
