That Williams Production RMT Company, a corporation, organized under the laws of the
State of Delaware, does hereby release, remise, and relinquish all of its right, title and interest in
and to that certain Abstract of oil, gas and mining lease dated December 31, 1997, executed by
AgAMERICA, FCB, as lessor, to Dolar Oil Properties, LC, as lessee of record in Book 406,
Page 793, of the County records of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and all co-lessors' agreements
relating thereto and ratifications thereof, if any, insofar and only insofar as said lease and other
related instruments, if any, cover and include the following described property situated in said
county and state, to-wit:
