and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
NANCY ANNE KIRKWOOD AND JORGE AGUILA-ARISMENDI,
as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 6688, Jackson, WY 83002
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Lot 6 of Block 3 of the Smoot Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being described as follows:
Part of Section 31, T31N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 56 feet West and 50 feet North from the Southeast comer
of said Section 31 and running thence North along the West edge of the U.S. Highway,
a distance of 231 feet;
thence West 100 feet;
thence South 231 feet;
thence East 100 feet to the place of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 132PR on
page 556 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
