cor. of secs. 1, 6, 7 and 12, marked with 5 grooves on S. and
I groove on N. faces; and raise a mound of stone 2 ft. base,
1½ ft. high, W. of cor.

A PK nail near center-line of State Highway 189 and two reference
monuments as per Corner Record.
2 ins. galvanized'steel pipe 30 ins. long (BLM type) with brass
cap inscribed as shown, enclosed in an adjusting collar and
cover inscribed "SURVEY", placed flush with the existing asphalt.
