I, Lewis L. Lamb, being of lawful age and first duly sworn according to law,
upon my oath, depose and state:
1. That I am of adult age, a resident of Afton, Wyoming, and the Affiant herein.
2. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the County
Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer, Wyoming in Book
361 PR on page 532 is recorded a Quitclaim Deed. The Quitclaim Deed, dated
the 28th day of December, 1994 conveys unto Lewis L. Lamb and Linda
A.
Lamb, as Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties the following
described'property, to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the S~NWN of S~ction 7, T31N, R118W of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point which is S 89o15' W, 813.68 feet and
775.54 feet South of the Northwest Corner of the
SENNWN of said Section 7;
thence proceeding South, 271.75 feet;
thence N 89° 15' E, 1532.40 feet;
thence following Wyoming Highway Department Right of Way for
U.S. 89 in a Northwesterly direction, 301..10 fff~t around a
2000' simple curve;
thence S 89015' W, 1394.80 feet to the point of beginning.
3. That said Linda A. Lamb died on the ~ day of ~¢ /c]~ , and a
copy of the original certificate of death, Certified to as trugan correct by public
authority in which the original of said certificate is a matter of record, is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
4. That by reason of death of said Margie H. Lamb and by reason of § 34-6-102
of the Wyoming Statutes (amended 1977), the decedents interest and title in
said conveyance has terminated and title to the real property conveyed thereby
has vested absolutely in Lewis L. Lamb continuously since the death of the said
decedent.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
