Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the west line of said S1/2NW1/4
S00°07'18"W, 447.20 feet from the northwest corner of said
S1/2NW1/4, said point identical with the spike of that tract of
record in said Office in Book 381 of Photostatic Records on
Page 389;
thence S00°07'18"W 425.14 feet, along said west line, to
spike;

thence N89°47'29"E, 955.36 feet, to the centerline of the East
Side Canal; thence coursing along said centerline as follows;
N34°57'16"W, 42.05 feet; N13°34'30"E, 127.53 feet;
N01°42'20"E, 194.76 feet; N08°43'19"E, 66.15 feet, to an intersection with as easterly
extension of the south line of said tract in Book 381;
thence S89°58'16"W, 900.00 feet, along the south line of said
tract in Book 381; thence continuing, S89°58'16"W, 900.00 feet, along the south
line of said tract, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
