DONALD W. SPEAKS and KATHLEEN B. SPEAKS, husband and wife as tenants by the
entirety
Grantors of Westlake, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio hereby CONVEY and WARRANT
TO:
DAVID W. SPEAKS, Trustee under the Donald W. Speaks 2002 Irrevocable Trust Agreement
dated December 31, 2002
for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration an undivided one-half
interest in the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
Lot 46 of the Rees Subdivision, being part of the N1/2SE1/4 of Section 20, T37N, Rll8W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements
and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
WITNESS, the hand of said grantors, this 2d day of January, A.D. 2003
