HYDE AKA HANNAH CHERIE ROBINSON grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO THOMAS W. VANZANT, JR. AND JULIA L. JOHNSTON, as Joint Tenants, grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1871, Jackson, WY 83001 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A portion of the SE~ANW~A of Section 2, T35N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., located NortheaSt from Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the East line of said SEIANW~,4, said point being 120.08 feet, N 0°06'41'' W from the Southeast corner of said SE~,4NW~; thence West, 1008.41 feet to a point; thence N 20°19'21" W, 472.00 feet; thence N 89o23'45'' E, 1171.54 feet to a point on said East line; thence S 0°06'41" E, along said East line, 454.972 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO A portion of the SE ¼ NW ¼ of Section 2, T35N RI 19W of the 6th P.M., located Northeast from Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said SE¼NW~A and running S 89o35'26" W, along the South line of said SE~ANW~A, 961.67 feet; thence N 20°19'21'. W, 135.38 feet; thence East, 1008.41 feet to the East line of said SE~ANW~A; thence S 0°06'41" E, 120.08 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a 60 foot wide Easement for Ingress, Egress and Utilities over the 18.661 acre parcel described in Instrument recorded, in Book 360PR on page 77 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, the centerline of said easement being described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the South line of said 18.661 acre parcel, said point being 146.06 feet, N 89023'45'' W from the Southwest corner of said parcel; thence running N 28o59'23'' W, 519.92 feet; thence N 48°00'06'' W, 10.00 feet to a point in the Southeasterly line of the 60.00 foot wide Easement bordering the Northwesterly and Northerly lines of said 18.661 acre parcel, last said point being 30.00 feet, N 41o59'54'' E from the Southerly bend in the last said bordering Easement.
