IT IS HEREBY MADE OF PUBLIC RECORD that a REAL ESTATE SALE /
PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated the 25th day of February, 2003, by and between PRATER
VIEW DEVELOPMENT CO., LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, c/o Jerry Ray
Humphreys, Manager1595 County Road 119, Thayne, Wyoming 83127 (hereinafter referred to
as the "Seller"), and RONALD E. AHRENS and MARY ANN AHRENS, TRUSTEES of the
Ronald E. Ahrens and Mary Ann Ahrens Living Trust dated February 14, 2000, P.O. Box 624,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, (hereinafter referred to as "Purchasers") exists for the purchase of the
following described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
A portion of the NWl/4 of lq]5;S 62 within Section 30, T35N, Rll8W, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
containing 20.062 acres of land.
Subject to all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights of way
of sight or record.

Development Co., LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, and who acknowledged to me
that the foregoing Notice of Real Estate Sale / Purchase Agreement was signed by him on behalf
of said company by authority granted to him as Manager thereof.

acknowledged to me that the foregoing Notice of Real Estate Sale / Purchase Agreement was
signed by them on behalf of said trust by authority granted in the document that created said
trust, and that by their signature, said trust executed the same.

Description: Humphreys - Ahrens Contract of SaDe
A portion of the property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 368PR, on
Page 262, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
NWl/4 of HES 62 within Section 30, T35N, R118W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the Metes and Bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe marking the Northeast corner of the Putt property,
as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 356PR, on Page 386, with said
Office, also being a point in the North line of said NWl/4 of HES 62, said point
being 659.51 feet S89°24'35"E, along said North line from the B.L.M. type
Monument marking the U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land
Management, 1966 location for the Northwest Corner of said NWl/4 of HES 62;
thence S89°24'35"E, along said North line, 659.51 feet to the B.L.M. type
Monument marking the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1981 location for the
Southeast Corner of Lot 4 of said Section 30, also being the Northwest corner of
the Sylar property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 281 PR, on Page
21, with said Office;
thence S0°46'50"W, along the West line of said Sylar properly, 1,323.23 feet to
the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1981 location
for the Southeast Corner of said NWl/4 of HES 62;
thence N89°20'24"W, along the South line of said NWl/4 of HES 62, 661.76 feet
to an Iron Pipe marking the Southwest corner of the Ahrens property, as referred
to in the Deed recorded in Book 405PR, on Page 84, with said Office;
thence N0°52'42"E, along the East line of said Ahrens property and the West
line of said Putt property, ~1,322.43 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing
20.062 Acres of land.
