the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

Grantor hereby Reserves a 1 rod wide Right-of-Way along the East boundary
of the herein described premises for ingress and egress. Said reservation
shall terminate on or before September 15, 2003.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.

BEGINNING at a point on the south line of said WV2SW¼, S89°-57'-54"W, 111.97 feet
from the southeast comer of said W½SW¼;
thence N00°-07'-07"E, 434.53 feet, to a point on a southwesterly line of Tract B as
depicted on Plat No. 67R of record in said Office titled, "IVAN S. JOHNS AND BILL R.

BEGINNING at a spike on the westerly right-of-way line of Lancaster Lane County
