and sold the real property described as follows:
A portion of Lot Six (6) of Block Six (6) of the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly Comer of said Lot and continuing in
a Southerly direction perpendicular to Pearl Street, a distance of fifty
feet; thence at a right angle and in a Westerly direction parallel to said
Pearl Street, a distance of forty feet; thence at a right angle and in a
Northerly direction perpendicular to said Pearl Street, a distance of
fifty feet; thence at a fight angle and in an Easterly direction and
parallel to said Pearl Street, a distance of forty feet to the place of
beginning.
Together with all singular the improvements or thereunto
appertaining, (the Property).
Purported Common Address: 314 Pearl Street, Kemmerer, WYoming.
under that certain mortgage dated August 14, 1997, and executed by Oscar A. S~'nchez and Cynthia
Sanchez, wherein t. he Mortgagee was Glenn Thoreson.
I further certify that Notice of the Real Estate Mortgage Foreclosure by Advertisement and
Sale ("Notice of Sale") was given by publishing the same for four (4) consecutive weeks, at least
once each week, prior to December 11,2001, in the Kemmerer Gazette, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in Lincoln County, Wyoming, all of which is more fully shown
by the Affidavit of the Publication attached hereto and marked Exhibit A.
I further certify that the Notice of Sale, as so printed and published specified:
1. The name of the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee and any assignees;
2. The dates of the mortgage, the times when recorded and the place where recorded;
3. The amounts claimed to be due thereon at the date of the Notice of Sale;
The description of the mortgaged premises, conforming to that contained in the
mortgage; and
5. The time and place of sale;
all of which is more fully shown in the copy of NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE contained in
the Affidavit of Publication attached hereto and marked Exhibit A.
I further certify, based upon the Attorney's Affidavit in Foreclosure, that default has been
made in the payment of the principal and interest due on the notes secured by the mortgages, that
no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debts remaining secured by the
mortgage, or any part thereof, and that the mortgage contained full powers of sale and have been
duly r~corded.
I fi~rther certify that said sale was held at public vendue at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m., on
December 11, 2001, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, 925 Sage Avenue,
Kemmerer, Wyoming, 83101, at the time and place specified in the published Notice of Sale.
