HomeMy WebLinkAbout88811402017426 BOOK~- 8 PR PAGE ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGEE'S INTEREST UNDER MORTGAGE FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grant, assign and transfer to ED KRAJSKY and LUCINDA KRAJSKY, husband & wife, 1255 Angus Drive, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, all Mortgagee's interest under that certain Mortgage dated the January 14, 2003, executed by MATTHEW L. TIBBITTS, as Mortgagor, and recorded on JANUARY 16, 2003, in BOOK 509 P.R., PAGE 838 of Official Records of LINCOLN County, VVYOMING, describing land therein as: Lot 7 in Leon Livingston Subdivision, in Township 37 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Said plat of said subdivision as recorded in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. TOGETHER with the Promissory Note in the original principal sum of TWENTY- SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($26,250.00) therein described or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under said Mortgage. Assignors hereby covenant and warrant to Assignees that Assignors have not executed any prior assignment of said Mortgage. or the note due thereunder, nor have Assignors performed any acts or executed any other instrument which might prevent Assignees from operating under any of the terms and conditions of this assignment or which would limit Assignees in such operation. Assignors further covenant and warrant to Assignees that Assignors have not executed or granted any modification whatsoever of said Mortgage or note, either orally or in writing, and that the said Mortgage and note are in full force and effect according to the original terms.
