QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That

RALPH C. SPACKMAN AND MARY ANN R. SPACKMAN,
Husband and Wife,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
Kelly Booth and Valerie Booth

The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
KELLY BOOTH AND VALERIE BOOTH,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we
have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 16, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Lloyd B. Baker & Associates labeled "Booth Adjusted-12.651 acres".
Hereby releasing and Waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Kelly Booth and Valerie Booth
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
