KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January 31,
2002, made and executed by John Peart Robinson III and Hannah Cherie Robinson FKA
Hannah R. Hyde, a single man and a single woman, as mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley,
as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for
the payment of $150,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 8th day of March, 2002, in
Book 484 PR of Mortgages, at Page 793, as instrument number 879556, and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT 'A'
It being expressly understood and agreed that this partial release shall not affect the Said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real
estate mortgaged therein and thereby.

Northeast from Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the East line of said SE¼NW¼, said point being 120.08 feet,
N 0°06'41'' W from the Southeast corner of said SE¼NW¼;
thence West, 1008.41 feet to a point;
thence N 20°19'21'. W, 472.00 feet;
thence N 89023'45'' E, 1171.54 feet to a point on said East line;

thence N 48°00'06''. W, 10.00 feet to a Point in the Southeasterly line of the 60.00 foot
wide Easement bordering the Northwesterly and Northerly lines of said 18.661
acre parcel, 'last said point being 30.00 feet, N 41°59'54" E from the Southerly
bend in the last said bordering Easement.
